Both the SNFFS and the SNIPCS allow for two animals per household per calendar year.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days of receipt. Our business week is Tuesday thru Friday. You will be contacted about the status of your application.
Programs
Feral Fund
Hamlett will only spay / neuter a cat under this program that cannot be picked up or touched. If the cat is a tame stray then the caregiver who brought it in must pay for the sterilization, no exceptions. Definition of a feral - Ferals are born outside, are living in a wild state, and are untouchable by human hands.
SAM FUND
The Hamlett Spay & Neuter Clinic has setup a fund in honor of Sandra "Sam" Moe, our previous Executive Director.
This fund enables us to extend a Military Discount. This fund is available to all Military Personnel, active duty, retired, military dependant, and any prior service. Just show us your military ID card, VA card, or DD-214.
SNFFS
Spay and Neuter Surgery Free For Seniors - (surgery only)
*Anyone 65 years of age and older must fill out an application to have their companion dog or cat spayed/neutered for free must be completed before scheduling.
This is limited to 2 animals
per household, per calendar year.
(Owner is responsible for any shots, pain medication,
and/or any unforeseen complications. Payment in
full is due at the time of services).
Proof of income, and valid photo
ID are required.
SNIPCS
Spay and Neuter Incentive for Colorado Springs -
*EFFECTIVE 01/02/2019 program will require a copay for routine spay or neuter only. Anything additional is at owner expense.
This is limited to 2 animals per household, per calendar year.
(Owner is responsible for any shots, pain medication, and/or any unforeseen complications. Payment in full is due at the time of services).
Proof of income, and valid photo ID are required.
